No. The calculator is a 2025–26 mid-band estimate (sound walls, primer+2 coats). Size, height, plaster, paint grade and furniture are confirmed on inspection.
No. If there is no peeling, deep cracks or highly uneven/absorbent substrate, local putty may be enough. Full satin plaster is measured separately. Finish coats wait until plaster is dry, sanded and sealed with a suitable primer.
Water-based interior paints are low-odor, not odor-free. Touch-dry can be within hours; intercoat and full cure follow the TDS (often ~3 h between coats at 20°C; full cure longer). Ventilate well. Sensitive occupants may need extra time.
Quotes list materials and labor clearly. Economy matte (“plastic”) or washable silicone grades are chosen on inspection by budget and room use. Brand/product is agreed with you; we rely on wet-scrub class and correct application rather than vague year-lifetime claims.
